    I LOVE THIS PLACE. I EAT HERE AT LEAST 2 TIMES A WEEK. I LOVE THE HARD SHELL TACOS. MUST TRY THE VEGGIE BURRITO AND ADD SHRIMP. DELICIOUS.

    This place is fantastic, my favorite Tex-Mex in all of LA... And it's most certainly still open, don't know why it's listed as closed on here.

    At Don Zarape's #2 I'm still addicted to the tacos with homemade corn tortillas which are soft & thicker than normal, in machaca and carnitas. There are dozens of meals, most shown with photos for us gringos to identify. Best real take-out Mexican food close to Toluca Lake and reasonable, just look for the giant metal horse out front.

    Great service, amazing food.

    Make sure to try the lemonade! Their weekend beef birria is amazing. You must also try their asada quesadilla. I have loved every dish I have ordered here.

    Fantastic food, Great service!!! For quality, inexpensive, authentic mexican food this is the place to go! New weekly spot for me.
