The Burgundy omelette was so savory and incredibly good. The potatoes has so much flavor and that home made jam was so delicious. The wait wasn't too bad, and the service was ok, but they were very busy! Our food came out quickly and we enjoyed everything.
Their potatoes are SO GOOD! The spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, and mushrooms were savory and delicious. Even the english muffin was perfectly toasted. My girlfriend ordered their latte with almond milk, which we both really enjoyed. They were super busy when we came in, but the wait was surprisingly short.
During our visit, the food was good but the service - not so much.
We arrived at around 10am and were quoted a 20minute wait time with 10 parties ahead of us. We ended up waiting an hour. Our names were called after 30minutes only for us to learn that our table was given to another party. We were ultimately seated in a side room with patio furniture.
Also note that Blu Jam allows people to use Yelp to add themselves to the wait list, so the amount of people inside is not representative.
Once seated, we waited quite some time to get our drinks - we were told that "there weren't enough clean cups". Our waitress seemed stretched very thin.
Our food was delivered by a more relaxed and charismatic gentleman, which helped us enjoy our food.
The Sicilian Scramble was good, but the crunchy French toast was a little disappointing. Maybe there was too much hype. Coffee is also limited to one refill.
Of all the brunch choices in Santa Monica, I don't think this one is worth the hassle.
This place was delicious but the wait was long. I was fine waiting for a table but waiting for our food was even longer. We were there on a weekend and I think next time I’ll try for a weekday.
This place was great! We had heard so much about this French toast made with brioche and Kellogg’s for a crispy and delicious treat. ???? It did not disappoint! Service e was really good and although our food took a bit long, it was worth it! Highly recommend this place. We had both regular and french press coffee and they were both really good as well. We were also very happy to see that this place is pet friendly because we saw a couple dogs walk in with their families. This place offers outdoor seating for guests and their pets. ???????? overall, very pleasant experience.
