    I found this caterer on Yelp as I needed to throw a sit down dinner for 35 - and I needed it to be 100% plant based - and I needed it to also be gourmet. And boy did I hit the jackpot with Veganics Catering. The food was out of this world amazing. I eat at Crossroads at least 1x per week - and all of Emily's cooking is on par with that - and the whole process of setting up an event was easy and fun - and every time I needed guidance, I was steered in the right direction. I cannot wait to have another event so that I can hire Emily and Veganics. Everything was that great! The spring rolls were such a standout - as were the cashew cheeze balls and the carrot cake cupcakes were so good my phone has been ringing with friends asking where to get them! If you cannot already tell, I loved working with Veganics and highly recommend them.
