Great choice for pizza alternative in Ktown at last minute. 1st time & enjoyed every bite! Keep it up!
Nom! Was craving some Korean style pizza and decided to try this place out since it was so close to where I lived!

Parking: $2 validation in the back or street parking (but we know that's literally impossible)

They do have happy hour until 6 with food / appetizers / drinks. We missed it however and I definitely want to come back for that.
For two of us, we ordered the Kingsley, which only comes as a large size option. The sweet potato crust was delicious! The golden crust was nice and crisp and the filling inside helped make the pizza. The toppings reminded me of a philly cheese steak, but with corn! It wasn't so much bulgogi style meat, or if it was an attempt it didn't taste like it. I was glad because that may have made the pizza too sweet. The fried onion blossom in the middle, beautifully fried, crisp and amazing!
So many of the other pizzas looked great as well, but it's going to be hard to stray away from the Kingsley pizza.
I absolutely adore this place. Their thin-crust + fresh ingredients (farm to table seasonality) is on point. Every time I bring friends and family, Gialina does not disappoint. When you think you've had enough, still try to make room for dessert and order that nutella pizza.
The food was delicious and the seating was plentiful. The service was a bit slow but was accomadating. The fries were a bit greasy but tasty and the rice was good. Pasta was sublime and cheesy. Overall good.
It's a great spot if you're feeling adventurous in regards to pizza. There are plenty of really unique combinations that sound bizarre but are delicious. I really liked the Sweet and Savory. They also have a decent beer selection. I would just recommend that they wipe the place down better. There were fingerprints all over the many glass surfaces and it looked like the place needed a good mopping. All that aside, I'm excited to try some more of their original pizzas next time I'm in town.
