    Really good birria. Super small place but seating was fast. I will def make the drive and come again. FYI menudo sells out fast.

    The best "Birria" in LA. The only other place I've enjoyed this unique flavor had been in Jalisco, Mexico. My family has been eating at Baldomero's for 50 years, since the patriarch's beginnings. The 2nd generation is now dishing it out and the Family Recipe and flavor remains. A small locale with enormous taste. It iz made with Goat meat, as it should be. Nothing else on the menu, except w/e they serve menudo.
