    Great food, like pollo loco does. Only issue, this location has some of the rudest employees. They do not greet you, dont even look you in the eyes while you're ordering. The tables are usually messy. Salsa bar unkempt. The food is good. The location is the problem. If you're in the mood for pollo loco, if it's possible, try and avoid this location.

    Bathroom was really clean and the manager helped me twice because I ordered twice in one night that's how great the service and food is. I got the chicken taquitos and a small drink. They're made fresh and they are spot on !! The service is very good, kind caring clean is what this location is THANK YOU FOR YOUR HOSPITALITY!

    The staff here has alway been polite, the service quick and the dining room clean. My only nit (which is something that is not under their control) is that homeless panhandlers often ply the outdoor shopping center parking lot this place is located in.
