    Very nice food. The staff were very helpful and welcoming as you enter the resturant.

    Best customer service is at night. The manager named Armando is there greeting every customer and running a tight ship. food comes out fast and piping hot and fresh. This is how to eat out. Everybody in the fast food business serves food. Add great customer service and healthy food and you have El Pollo Loco at 5001 Wilshire Blvd.

    Upon entering the restaurant I was addressed with "Welcome to El Pollo Loco". Very friendly greeting and did not sound fake like most greetings.
    We did not know what we wanted and Armando was so helpful in explaining our best choices as we were trying to feed a group and did not know what to get. After he took such good care of us I ask him for the manager. He ask what he could do to help us. I told him I just wanted to tell the manager how well we had been taken care of. He said I am the Manager tonight. I have to say our meal was perfect and the manager was fantastic. 10 Stars is what they deserve for the food and service from the manager.

    This store has the best customer service and I will say it's due to the Manager named Armando Diaz. The friendliest attitude won me over the first time I came in the store. Chicken dinner was hot and so tasty. 5 stars all the way.

    Reasonable, delicious, quick, everything you want it to be. Cannot eat at a better fast-food restaurant. Highly recommended!
