The best Italian joint in LA hands down. You'll notice that there's normally a line that starts forming 30-45 minutes before the restaurant even opens. The things people will do for pasta!

Felix has a good variety of food options and pastas. The dishes are a bit pricy for what you get. Make sure to make a reservation in advanced and show up on time or they will give your table away - they are also strict with the amount of time you have to eat there. We started a bit late and they did not let me get dessert.

Delicious food, fair price. 30 minutes to get a table ate Friday evening, not terrible waiting time. The food was great, good service. Strongly recommend this place.

I cannot believe this place takes reservations 3 months out. Good quality food and drinks but this is nothing to write home about. This should be the standard in Italian fare not the pinnacle. Save your taste for Italy. Portions are small, wine list is strong, cocktails tasty. A few different rooms to sit in, most of them very dimly lit. In the three months you are waiting to eat here you could learn to make most of the dishes at home. #JuliaChild

Is the food good? Yes. Is it mind-blowingly amazing? No. I don't think this place lives up to the hype. The squash blossoms were overly greasy and lacking salt. I tried two pasta dishes...one was overly salty and the other didn't have enough. The cocktails I had were fantastic...but $17 a pop. To be expected in Abbot Kinney I guess. My friend and I shared an appetizer and two pastas, had a cocktail each, and walked out down $70 each. For that kind of money, there's much better.
