Delicious but I think I got sick from eating here. Almost instantly. Fever and Chills out of nowhere. But the food was yummy. They have all you can eat too. And service was fast and friendly.

Always hospitable and friendly staff. Feels like you're eating with friends at the bar. The food is high quality and delicately made.

We love Brian, my son calls him his sushi chef, the staff treats you like family. Henry is always smiling. I would suggest to give the server a bit more training or to have a better system for memory.

I know this place for over 4 years and definitely, can go wrong any time I go there. I can always said customer services is great for my experience and the service by the chefs is really good. All you can eat sushi is great if you want to seat by the bar with your friends and family, but if you don't want All you can eat. There are also good amount of tables or at the bar if you are bringing a big party of people...

    I love Sushi!

That being said, love is not the affection I have for New Light & Healthy Sushi.

The aesthetics of the food was on point. The dissatisfaction came with the quality.

The clams were chewy and sandy.

The fresh water eel roll has a sauce that tastes like maple syrup. Much sweeter than the traditional savory/sweet sauce used on eel rolls.

The Spider roll has soft shell crab which upon my first bite had a very sour shellfish flavor.

The Fried Rice roll with spicy tuna and avocado was delicious. Though "avocado" was an accent color more than anything.

The Sake in a baby blue bottle is definitely a good thing.

The service was very friendly and cleanliness is a 7/10.

So, after 1 regular roll, 2 specialty rolls, 1 appetizer, a large Asahi beer, and Sake the cost was less than $60.

I would suggest you keep your expectations on the idle and still give this place a try. Just stay away from muscles and soft shell crab.

    Enjoy!
