Good sandwiches and service

I love Claudia she makes my sandwiches excellent and neatly everytime.

Well. Service is good but employees are so...cringy. This location, I would say, is better that the one down the street on Alvarado but the employees look like they really don't like working here.

Subway employees years ago were much more pleasant. Today, or at least in the Pico Union area, the Subway employees seem like they judge you as you walk in and seem so bothered to make you a sandwich. However, the guy that worked there in Oct 2018 is actually quite pleasant; the others act so bothered. The Alvarado location is worse. Of course, I go there at night, so maybe they've had a long day. Places like this make me want to not go out to eat. In fact, I always recommend everyone to the McDonald's across the street because of the employees lousy attitude.

I remember working at a job long hours but I always had a pleasant attitude and smile all day. Today's employees aren't what they used to be. Sorry Subway. I know you want better but your employees really cripple the experience you want for your customers. McDonald's employees are way more pleasant. That's why I go there more often. I only go to Subway for the specials. I would go to Subway if people there more pleasant.

Excellent service.

Needed to grub and saw subway. Parking was decent. Store was clean. Staff was friendly. Prices good. It is what you would expect from Subway.
