I ordered rare to medium rare, got medium. They don't season the meat. Take it as you will. The sides were cold or luke warm. Good for slaw, bad for potatoes. The flavors on all the sides were excellent. The concept is awesome, but for the price, the food needs to be spot on. Sadly, the time we went, it wasn't. Hopefully they can figure the timing and temps for the food because the convenience and ambience is much better than traditional steakhouses.

I love the concept! Meat was excellent, not too salty, very tender. Side creamed corn was bomb. Next time i'll try something else!

I like the concept and they have some good looking options. The only draw back is that they have minimums for all cuts. That's going to be a Ribeye at a minimum of $30, which is going to be a tough sell for the local lunch crowd.
