(February 13, 2019, 12:43 am)Visited the Fashion Square in Sherman Oaks location. It could be my imagination, but the roll I had didn't seem like the fish was very cold. It tasted fine, but it seemed odd to me that it wasn't colder.

(November 9, 2018, 2:52 am)I went with my staff and my friend Curtis Wang and Curtis Glassberg and walked to the Northridge Mall across the street. We walked in the Northridge Mall and walked to Wow Bento & Roll and Curtis ordered Spicy Tuna roll meal and he paid with his debit card. Curtis Wang ordered a chicken bowl and a drink and paid cash for it and I ordered a Wow Special combo with a drink and paid cash for it and the food was good. The cashier did good customer service and there were no Men's bathroom it was cleaned.
