    This is my #1 restaurant in my home area! They work very hard to please you the customer! Eat in or drive thru outstanding service! Clean restaurant and restroom. Food quality excellent. I highly recommend this store for a rewarding experience! Now Jack has offered up a truly tasty treat for your taste buds, it is the new FISH SANDWICH COMBO! I enjoy it so much because it has thick fish in every bite. When I leave the store my belly feels just right with total satisfaction. I also thank the Manager for taking some of his busy schedule to speak with me. He cares is what I get from this!

    The burger was great but the location lacked customer service. I upgraded my fries to a large and sadly they failed to even fill the fry cup. The worst part was that even the worker told me she doesn't even work hard at all. Just sad

    Very slow service. It took quite a while for anyone to take my order. Karla at the register was not properly trained. I had to keep asking for items I already asked to be placed in the bag. That's how people go home with no ketchup or dipping sauces. Glad I double checked. The girl at the register looked spaced out and disengaged. Customer Service here could be a whole lot better. Also on a scale of 1-10 in cleanliness I'd give it a 6. Staff not friendly or welcoming.. Got the persons order wrong in front of me. Where should one have to travel to find good customer service and a clean environment?

    Fast service and clean.. Just a werido was outside talking crazy to me , saying get your f. n dog out the way..I have a Service dog....
