    Food and staff are amazing, i dont know how they find amazing staff, I noticed this new tall asian guy, so profecional and polite, he and other staff are the reason i go back every time... thank you.

    They started using imitation crab in the baked crab hand roll... Which is completely disgusting, and served us brown oxidized pieces of toro. No bueno. Probably why you can get a reservation day of there now.

    This place is amazing! Chef Leo is great - sit at the bar in his area if you're here when he's working. He has amazing attention to detail and a great attitude.

    The food... Well, let's just say it was SO GOOD that I didn't bother to take pictures cause I couldn't wait to eat it :D

    At this place... Food really is art, both beautiful and absolutely delicious!

    The sushi quality was excellent, but the servers weren't very pleasant, which is why I'm giving this restaurant a 4/5. Also, the salmon avocado roll had cucumbers, and I can't really eat a lot of sliced cucumber, so I had to send back the rolls. The prices were also extremely high. We frequent a sushi restaurant in our neighborhood back home in Chicago, and the prices are not nearly as expensive. I would only go back if we were meeting our cousins there again.

    By far my favorite Katsu-Ya location! Sit at the sushi bar for the full experience. I have never once been disappointed at this restaurant.
