    The prices are reasonable but the food is hit or miss. Most dishes are prepared in advance ready to be served. And it tastes like it. Service is too quick for my taste. A bit brisk. Don't think the are not professionally trained. Lacks consistency and quality of Matteo's next door.

    This is an annex to the upscale Matteo's next door with realistic pricing. It is "real" Italian like a New York neighborhood restaurant that everyone everyone loves to visit regularly.

    I think that this is a good Italian style restaurant that is friendly with nothing too fussy or overly art directed. The lasagna is tasty and the baked dishes are quite good as well. I would recommend either the lasagna or one of the other pasta dishes, as they do them with a certain flare that you don't find everywhere. The staff is attentive and the only problem maybe finding parking.

    I have had lunch there many times. Very good food and great service. You will like it.
