    Best time to visit in the AM is 9:30, else parking is like in Quiapo side streets. Sisig needed more spices like Jalapeno (chili aroma), cilantro, & raw onions; Bulalo served on Korean style hotpot - ingenious; clean small dining area; clean silver utensils - not typical Filipino flexy plastics; napkin band may be better instead of rubber-band - fishes may snag and grow over tight rubber belts when not properly disposed. Coffee so light, medium roast is preferably better.

    Simple menu of Filipino favorites. And every item is just so good! All the “SILOGS”, the GOTO and Sisig are, for me, worth the travel to the Valley area.
