The Oinkster

This joint has been on Diners, Drive-ins and Dives. Needless to say, it is utterly delicious. It's been around for years. It's a classic and small, with sitting both inside and out. I had The classic Oinkster. The most popular and the sandwich that started it all. This tasty piece of meat is pastrami, red cabbage, grilled onions with gruyere cheese on a on a roll. Yum. If you've never been here, try this first.

I had a great experience, from the service to my delicious meal. You order inside and they will give you a number and deliver your food to you. Our wait time was pretty quick and heavenly pastrami made my eyes glaze. The sandwich sizes are large. You can make your sandwich a combo with fries and a drink at an additional price. They also offer a few beers. You want to make sure to stop and experience the delightful tastes of Oinkster.

Cheap food and the scene at this place is great. Service is always nice even when they have a full house. There was fast, efficient, and courteous service. Bring your hunger - portions are large.

The store front is unremarkable and it could be easy be miss. However, Now that I have tried the food I can completely see why they have such great reviews. I got a (gluten free) lettuce wrap burger with onion and cheddar cheese and a side of sweet potato fries. Both were amazing, but I wish I'd tried something more adventurous than a standard burger. Next time! They accept credit cards now. There was a few open tables, but I got my meal to go. ~10/15 for a very filling meal

cheap food, so fresh. Got there near seven, it wasn't very crowded. The service here is above par. The place has a great atmosphere. This place has many good reviews for a reason.

This place is AMAZING! My husband and I took our son and daughter and out nephew here and the food was absolutely DELICIOUS the burgers were so good and their beer was so fresh and crisp I can't even and their shakes are thick and creamy. Whenever we're in the neighborhood we stop by. Every year they have burger week, I think it's in June and they have specialty burgers they don't have regularly every day for a week straight if you go every day you have to keep your wrist band on and at the end of the week you get a cool t-shirt. This place is the BEST hands down! If you're in the neighborhood and want a fresh juicy burger stop by, you won't be disappointed.
