Bayleaf DTLA

I had the steak sandwich wrap. It was good, but I wished that it came in bigger portions.

The staff was cheery and knowledgeable. The restaurant itself was clean and orderly.

I checked out their breakfast menu and it looked interesting enough to want to come back and try it.

Always super delicious! They never skimp on the greens and I’m all about volume eating. Staff and head chef are ridiculously accommodating and welcoming. Can’t recommend this place enough if you’re looking for a fresh bite in dtla :)

Great food and warm, lovely service.

Excellent service. They gave us free chips and guac. My friend’s BLAT (Bacon, Lettuce, Avocado, Tomatoes) Salad was huge and only $10.

I would highly recommend coming to Bayleaf.

Portion sizing, taste, and price all matched together to create a heavenly combination. My brother got the Twisted BTLA -- a pun off of Los Angeles while having bacon, tomatoes, and lettuce -- and I was surprised by the size of the dish. For only $10, his salad -- as you are able to get a sandwich, salad, or wrap -- created a mound on his top of his bowl.

In addition to the size and price point, the the taste of the food was spectacular. I was surprised that I wasn't eating something that was about $15-$20.

Aside from the food, the decor of the location was quaint and cozy. Although, be careful since Bayleaf shares a space with a nearby shop. The customer service of the employees was remarkable as well. They came up and asked how the food was and chatted for a bit. After that, he came and gave us a plate of chips with fresh guacamole on the house.

Overall, I would come back and recommend this place to my friends!
