Sat at the bar and watched music videos the whole time. The people working there are wiseasses and a lot of fun. The fish & chips are delicious! Perfect if you enjoy some rock and roll with your meal.

Located in Southwest's territory (Terminal 1), this Rock & Brews isn't all that easy to access from other terminals but, especially if you're a Priority Pass holder, it's worth the effort. For a Benjamin, you can just about get yourself a burger and beer. The selection of draft beers will please the weary traveler and the food will fill you up. Service can be slow, so plan accordingly. I was most excited to see the Beyond Burger (vegetable-based), which came out hot and tasted a lot like a real meat burger!

I ate here around 5:30pm on a Saturday using a Priority Pass. There was no waiting but they were busy. I ordered a Cobb salad so it came quickly. Apparently the salad was packed at an earlier time, it didn’t seem very fresh. The dressing was also all premixed and applied. If the dressing came on the side I would put less in it. The eggs had all been chopped into small pieces. I would prefer the eggs in whole so i could choose to take out the yolk. I didn’t like the bacon bits already mixed into the salad. I might not want to eat bacon because it’s unhealthy. So, the salad was not perfect. The service was ok.

Rock and Brews is a great place to get a Bloody Mary prior to your flight. I happened to order a Gin Bloody Mary and it had to be one of the best drinks I have ever had. The drink was rich in flavor and well spiced. The service was excellent and quick. A great way to pass the time prior to your flight.
