MY BREAKFAST PLACE FROM NOW ON I WOULD GIVE IT A FIVE STAR IF IT WASNT FOR THE LIMITED SPACE IN THERE. FOOD WAS DELICIOUS ESPECIALLY THERE WAFFLES!

Pretty bomb breakfast spot! Was researching places in Highland Park and come across CJ. You order at the counter and they bring the food to you (super fast!). Had the Eggs Benedict and it was a great portion plus the potatoes were well done (add hot sauce). The cappuccino was also on point! Not too loud music and a well lit airy space. Will come back!

Food was good and decently priced for a brunch-y place.
The prosciutto and mushroom sandwich was quite tasty, although not the most filling.

The eggs Benedict was also delicious with a good hollandaise, which is rare to find these days.

Ate here last May. We waited in line for about an hour. Got to mingle with other tourists and take pics. I was super excited to try the mamas cristo as it was a hot item on yelp. We were seated by the waitress who was a Seattle native, she was awesome! I loved the atmosphere, really enjoyed the meal, it was worth the wait. Can't wait to return.

The food was great. The grilled vegetable sandwich was delicious! The mushroom omelette was good too. I wish they would label their menu; in this sense, it is not very vegan-friendly. As someone who looks specifically for dairy-free options, this menu was a real pain to navigate, so I hope they can do better there. Would return, eat, and ask them to update their menus.
