    Huge sandwiches, loaded with crazy ingredients.tastes ok but not great, shakes are amazing! Lines can be long depending on what time you get there. Worth checking out of you enjoy new novelty sandwiches.

    Had the namesake sandwich, Fat Sal - roast beef, mozzarella sticks, onion rings, fries, mayo on a garlic hero bread. Oh my, such flavor! Very delicious, but you will be tasting the garlic for at least 2 days! Great open air seating with 3 flat screen TVs, cool music and just a great vibe! Definitely will return to try the strawberry cheesecake milkshake.

    Incredible food. I got the Fat Texas and Jesus Christ, it was without a doubt, the single greatest dang sandwich I’ve ever had in my 20 years of living. My hunger was tamed, my appetite was settled, and my quest for finding the best sandwich in LA has been completed. Thank you, lads. 10/10

    Best milkshakes ever! The Highland & Fountain location in Hollywood was damaged recently by a car accident but they ARE STILL OPEN! This is a fabulous place to treat kids or out of town guests! The peanutbutter Fudge shake is my favorite! Don't get piggy, the shakes are so rich a small one is more than adequate!

    Love this place. The staff is great and the food is AMAZING! My current favorites are the Pastrami Western Burger (Hands down one of the best thing on the menu) and the #5 Shake. #ADDICTIVE
