El Pollo Loco

We're had take out. Service was great and quick. Food wad good and hot when we got home. Very tasty!

Food is usually fresh. Decent value. Low calorie options.

I have always enjoyed the taste of their chicken. The reason for the 3 star rating is because their pieces seen to have shrunk over time as the prices has gone up (wonder where they get chicken this small). The second thing is, and maybe it's due to smaller pieces, hit and miss whether you get overly dry chicken. Like they leave it on too long or serve leftovers. I find it necessary now to request "no dry chicken".

This review is for late night meals. I've never dined during lunch. The food was great I thought it was as good as any other location. It's surprising how fresh it is even during the non busy hours. Food came out in a timely manner and I thought the salsa bar was clean and well stocked same with the beverage station.

The only thing they have to work on is keeping the place tidy. I noticed some of the tables needed to be wiped down. Staff here is friendly and professional. Love El Pollo Loco and I think this location just needs a little improvement.

Parking lot is big and new, very well lit at night.
