GREAT Japanese sandwich restaurant!
The food is uber healthy and tasty, the waitress is the best one you could possibly hope for, the chef and the cooks are just amazing and experienced: You can observe them preparing your food!!!
It's a tiny little place, in NYC or Japanese style... Definitely recommend it!

Food is good. But rating factors in value for money and service. Front of the house not trained to the level of greeting you'd expect when you end up paying $18 for a smaller sandwich (tip and taxes included), a price tag I find hard to digest for Echo Park.

The best croissant in town, hands down! Attention to details is amazing in this little tiny sandwich shop, and yes it is expensive , but you can see why it coat $15 for three small pieces of sandwiches. It is labor of love. It cost us more than $50 for lunch (two drinks, two sandwiches and one croissant). You need to try it in order to understand.

New favorite spot (if it was closer). They only do a few things, but they do them so so well. The sandos are dreamy. The coffee is great. The pastries are better than they have a right to be.

Their attention to detail is remarkable. What they’ve been able to pull off is impressive, and the fact that they’ve done it in such a small space is unbelievable. I’ve only had the egg salad sandwich and it was perfect. This is one of those places where I know, for a fact, everything on the menu will be good. Great product, great service and beautiful space. (Please open a 2nd spot on the west side)!
