Salsa & Beer

Food is the best part. They don't take reservations so it can get very crowded. People just rave over the bean dip. They serve that in lieu of salsa with their chips. I think the only thing that could make this place better is a bar. They only have booths and tables. I do think they have a full bar, though.

Nice little spot in Lake Balboa, the crowds get a bit heavy during the lunch rush but we were seated rather quickly. Food is good, better than expected even, with the interior going for a more rustic look. Service could be a bit better, but overall a nice spot.

Ok this is as home made Mexican food you'll get! HUGE proportions of food. Almost everything comes with rice and beans and no not on the same plate because that's how much they give you. Not to mention for s really good price! Will not be disappointed! Only down side is you will wait a bit but trust it's worth the wait!

The food is amazing!!!!!!! It does take 1 hr or 1hr and a half to wait. At the end it’s worth it because the food is amazing an it’s a low price, it’s high quality food. It’s a small place they should get a bigger building to accommodate all their customers. They get lots of customers because the food is delicious ???? I would recommend if u want to wait a long time.

Salsa & Beer is always great. I went in with 2 friends and we ate so much bean dip! I had the tacos, I usually get the fajitas but I wanted something different. The tacos were a little greasy but good. The rice is the best!!! This place definitely gets the Mrs. Excellence stamp of approval!
