Jersey Mike's Subs

Always great food, this location however loses a star compared to others. They never offer a clean slicer for a Veggie like I get at every other Jersey Mike's.

Meh. Everything is salty and they put way too much oil and vinegar on things even if you ask to keep it light. They serve some passable sandwiches but I'd honestly prefer subway

[Edit] I'm pleased to see they take the effort to respond to reviews. I'll add that customer service is always stellar here, the issue is that the menu isn't great (for me). The only reason I ever eat here is the very limited options in the area.

My co worker and I wanted to eat something good but we did not want to have burgers or Subway. As I was driving down Olympic Blvd, I notice Jersey Mike's and I said lets stop in and get a quick bite.

First of all the place was packed, and when I say packed it was...all the staff was doing an AWESOME job on making everyone's sub quick and fast but there was this fly flying around inside the store which was gross and I did not want it to land on my sub and guess what? it did, I kindly ask the guy to make me another sub and just the look on his face, he look mad.

Sorry dude, but I am a paying customer and I am sure you don't want a fly on your sub too. I think they need to train the staff with more respect and kindness to the customers and maybe keep the front door close too.

But overall, food was is great fresh and love Jersey Mike's

Since this place opened I've been in here several times a week and the people that work here (yes I'm here now :) ) are always friendly and super cool to chat with. Especially want to mention that Daniel, who seems to always be there when I stop in after the gym at night, is ALWAYS a pleasure to talk to and in great spirits. Awesome job guys! Thank you.
