(March 16, 2019, 9:26 pm)Philip's place is awesome! This my go to place in the valley for Katsu. The staff are friendly and the food is amazing. The Curry Katsu pork cutlet is my go to meal. Comes with pickled veggies, rice and musk soup with shredded cabbage. I highly recommend this place for the quality, quantity and price. A+!
