We went there during Valentine's day and my boyfriend even had a reservation to make sure we get a table when we get there given that it's Valentine's day. Unfortunately when we got there, there were no seats readily available and they had to squeeze us in between tables and the waitress even have us a table with only 1 chair and had to lift a chair over some customers while they were eating. For me that was very inappropriate and very unacceptable. The place was too crowded in a sense that people are shouting at each other because you can literally hit elbows from people seated from the next table. The place is just terrible for me. The waitresses were not well trained, in fact a waitress gave a customer an untimely shower when she tipped over glasses of water from a tray she's holding to serve to customers from the next table. It was a bad experience for me.

I stop here after a long flight from winter in the north east . Just a short minute from LAX, it's a great place to refresh after that 5 hr plain ride. The server was great seating us in the back room. We got the round table in the corner, we were both able to see the door. The special was a vegan soup, very nice. We tried the vegetarian sampler, gone in a flash. Every suggestion was on target, service very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu options.

I'll be back next month, why not stop in and give it a go.

Apart from the complimentary champagne, we intended to order the Orion Draft Beer as shown on the menu. But we were told that it isn't really draft. So we decided to go for Sapporo Reserve (a bottle). Yet, it isn't that good. Yet, they did freeze the glass first which helped to keep the beer cool for a bit longer. This is good!

japanese food and service here is above par. This location is one of my favorites. Had a friend come into town and she asked me to take her here again. I see why this place has so many great reviews.

japanese food and the scene at this spot is very good. everyone at our table was glad to be there. the staff was friendly and observant. it has a cool interior. atmosphere is like a restaurant in fort worth i loved.
