Brite Spot

One of my favorite local eateries, and it's been here forever! They've just remodeled the place and shortened the menu, but they promised that some of my old favorites would be back. When they do, it'll get 5 stars from me again. Open all day again, which is great!

The new owners have lost the charm of the old place. It feels like an antiseptic, suburban diner now. It closes 10pm. Why? It used to open late and bring in a fun, creative crowd ( musicians after their gigs, actors after their shows). Now, they go elsewhere & the place is empty. What were they thinking ?

The Brite Spot is a great place to come for a casual and traditional breakfast and lunch. We have been coming here for 15 years under various owners. The service is generally very good. I would not recommend the veggie burger. They need to get Beyond or Impossible burger meats. Cobb salad was also not great. However, the tater tots are good and most of the eggs dishes are great.

Great place to relax, people watch, eat good food or all the above. I've had nothing but great experiences here and will keep coming back. Food is similar to a place in San Francisco I loved.

Entered near eleven, it wasn't packed. The service here is outstanding. This place has a cool feel to it. Food is like a place in Baltimore I liked.
