    It's good for a quick bite to eat!!

    Everything is fine with chicken; price, taste,
    health issue, etc.

    It's always full, service is not as it is on other locations, have to get in line to:
    - get your soda,
    - request something that is supposed to be on your order.(dressing for the salad)
    - utensils to eat your food.
    Well for everything. Really crowded.

    I highly recommend the double meat chicken tostada.

    There are several bathrooms available if you are a paying customer. Just ask the cashier for a bathroom token.

    I normally am a fan of El Pollo Loco. This downtown Los Angeles locale seems less friendly, more hurried, and less customer centered. The food however retained its rich flavor and an overall okay dining experience. I just wish the same warm dining experience I am accustomed from other locations would persist from one sister store to the next. Alas, maybe the hustle and bustle world of downtown is so overwhelming it seeps into the the pollo loco dining experience as well.
