My favorite place in the village. The portion sizes are great (enough for an athlete), and it always tastes so good!
Oh my goodness all the flavors of this plate was amazing, never had korean bbq like this before so delicious the flavors hmmmmm, dont talk to me just ket me savor the taste. Thank you kobunga
Excellent choice for quick, cheap vegetarian Korean food. The TBDT (The Best Damn Tofu, sic) is tasty especially with half white rice and half noodles. Only drawbacks are ZERO indoor seating (but hey, it’s LA so how often can you not sit outside?) and their kitchen triangle needs some serious optimizing. I recommend it if you’re at USC.
it’s nice to have a korean option in this area but honestly i would have thought a bibigo would have been a better option.
nothing is bad here, mind you. the food is solid but as far as korean places go it’s just not amazing. i had the kobunga and the mama kim and they were fine but it didn’t win me over in wanting to come back the next day.
i really would call this 3.5 stars but 3.5 rounds up to 4. it’s not a 3 and not a 4.
I tried the marinated chicken and it was delicious. the pickles and cold slaw are good too.
