(November 22, 2018, 11:37 pm)Modern eats is very clean, with good service and standard delicious breakfast food. No complaints about the food. I had blueberry pancakes they were so delicious. It's located in a great part of Silver lake in LA by 365 the grocery store. The coffee was deli, the food was high quality and the service is great. Outdoor seating and plenty of parking and a clean public restroom.

(September 26, 2018, 5:50 pm)The owner has his own coffee farm. And the beans are delicious. Super cozy place. Breakfast, brunch and lunch favorite in our family. And we always buy the espresso beans so we can enjoy some delicious coffee at home as well. Also the staff is amazing!
