    Very small Ihop compared to other locations, so they often have a wait on weekends ... But they do offer outdoor seating. The interior is updated and the staff works really hard to make your experience enjoyable. Some of the tables are a bit close together, but for the most part the layout is okay with lots of booth seating. Pancakes were delicious as always!

    IHOP will always be my go to breakfast place, great food, great prices, and good service, nothing really terrible about it. The only problem I have with this location is that lately, it seems to me that their aren't that many waiters or cooks their which render the service a bit slow. All together, a must go to!
