NORMS Restaurant

Our waiter was very friendly and had a positive attitude. The only reason I'm giving 4 starts instead of one is because my burger bread was a bit burned. However, the burger was still really good and the staff was nice. Also, the only problem with the food was my burnt bread, everyone else had no problem. I should also note, it was just a small piece of bread that was burned.

Norms had been around forever and always busy. The food is usually very good. My family of five went today. Service is not always the best. It's okay. My wife had to wait half an hour for her food while we all had ours. We had to remind the waitress. She thought someone else had brought it. The waitress said "here you go and thank you" that was it. No apology for taking long. The food was actually delicious. My T-bone was awesome and big. Everyone else enjoyed their food.

Serena, our waitress, made the visit enjoyable by clearly explaining the options from the menu. Brought the food timely and tasty. Soup? Hot! Salad? Cold. Sandwich, fresh. For the most part. The turkey meat was not rubbery. Close. In all, the food was good.
