Quality food not as good as it was before. Not very friendly service either.

I don’t understand the bad reviews on here... I really enjoy this place and the flavor of the chicken at this location. It is so much better than the other Pollo Camperos I have tried and I have been to different locations in Los Angeles area and the Valley and I always come back to this location even if it is farther from home. They always treat me so respectfully here and the customer service is always great. For a latinoamerican restaurant I am in love I’m cuban and aren’t too familiar with your cultures food so A+ to you. I have worked in the Fast Food Industry so I know what it is like when they get rude customers perhaps that is why they catch an attitude. I always ask for plates and they always provide them, maybe yes about 3-4 times they have told me they don’t have so perhaps they ran out. The food is always fresh or I ask to wait til the next round of chicken is out to get it recently out and I am never denied that and the sides are always a good portion and they are all very kind and the general manager is very talkative to. Everyone has their opinions but I like it here very much
