For a family friendly, fun atmosphere, and good food, this is the place. It is priced reasonably and the service is good. The management seems to always be around and checks in with the guests. They are good about special requests and want to make sure your food is done the way you want it. Definitely order the cheese fries and try the wiki waki salad with tiki tenders instead of the grilled chicken! Yummy!

I dined in here a week ago, and I genuinely enjoyed the experience. The atmosphere was thrilling but not overwhelming. The food, especially the French fries, was delicious. I would come again.

I love all of their burgers especially the big wave. I enjoy going there because they have big televisions where they play all types of sports. Even going there for a dessert is good. The feel of the restaurant is nice with its Hawaiian feel. And Ice-T especially is good here.

I gave 4 stars because when we got there and sat in the bar area, it took forever to order food and drinks. Finally when the waiter arrived to take our order, he didn't write anything down. When the appetizers were finally ready after a long wait, they served it to the wrong table. They re-made our appetizer and AGAIN gave it to the wrong table. After that we just asked to move inside and away from the bar area. When we finally got our food, it was all wrong (because the waiter didn't write anything down).

However after all the fixes and apologies, the food was good. But the real impressive part of our experience was the manager J.P.

J.P. visited our table and apologized for the entire experience. He was very down to earth and connected with us immediately. Almost like a good friend we've known for years. J.P truly cares about the customer experience and I will be back.

Great burgers and endless french fries! Our waiter was a bit busy but at least two other employees we're pitching in to help clear plates and deliver food. Even the manager was pitching in. Conveniently located in the center of the mall with a nice little bar for cocktails and food outside the restaurant but still inside the mall as well. I ordered a Nachos appetizer that was loaded with cheese. There were four of us and we didn't even finish it so I highly recommend that.
