Shin Sushi

I took my girlfriend here tonight and their sushi is superb. Don't judge the place by how it looks the flavors are unique and satisfying. Go with the Omakase.

Having been a fan on Take-san's skill as an itamae-san, my wife and II have followed him as he moved around to different sushi restaurants. When we found out he was opening up his own place, we knew we had to try it out. All of his skills he acquired over the years shines at his new restaurant. He picks out the best fish and if it isn't good he won't get it. The sushi portion sizes are good and the flavors are really satisfying. If you want to try non-corporation sushi in a nice relaxing environment, stop on by for omakase sushi. You'll be pleasantly surprised by the value. ????

This my family first time eating at Shin Sushi. The sushi was very delicious. And the Santa Barbara Uni was so creamy and delicious and melt in your mouth. I have super delicious cut rolls. Super delicious iced green tea. And delicious tofu mousse with black sugar sauce on the bottom on the bowl.... I will come
