I will gladly wait an hour for my corn! His lines get super long and he and his son work as fast as they can. Even though h has a lot of people every night, and we don't come as often as we'd like he always seems to remember us! I know what I'll be doing tonight!!
My favorite elote man!!! By far the best tasting corn I've had. My family and I made it an outing, arrived about an hour early (thank God) because by the time he arrived and opened... there was probably approximately 30 people behind us! We all left satisfied and will be returning to see the "Corn Man"
One of the Best and biggest Al pastor burrito I've ever had
WOW WOW WOW. I was very happy with my tacos. The line went by fast and everything was delicious. It looked like they also make burritos & quesadillas, among other things. It was so awesome to see the culture around it, people were hanging around with friends and family enjoying their tacos outside. And they were making HANDMADE TORTILLAS! I will definitely be back.
My favorite taco spot in LA because:
1. Hand made tortillas
2. Carne asada grilled over fire
3. Al pastor cut straight off the spit
4. Variety of platforms (e.g., taco, vampiro, mulita, quesadilla, burrito, etc.)
5. Guacamole (included in price)
Lots of other places do some of these things and do them well. Angel's does all of them well. The tacos are $2, but they stack it with a lot of meat.
