I am so lucky to live near this little Baklava gem, the woman who waited on me was warm, kind and patient. She explained what all the pieces were made with and offered me samples, I was in heaven! The baklava is magnificent, flaky and moist but not soggy with just the right amount of sweetness. I recently bought some baklava from a fancy shop in Santa Barbara that charged 3x what this place does and the baklava here is soo much better. It’s not overly sweet and tastes very fresh, no old butter after taste either. I can’t wait to return, I’m so sad I didn’t buy more.
