I came in the store and was greeted by at least 3 nice gentlemen!
I simply needed batteries for my husbands grill, which David helped me find. I took a look around, having never been a BBQ store before. Think we might have to try the Green Egg when we need a new grill in the future.
Why the 5 Star rating, sincere friendly help, tons of knowledge, and no pressure! I left feeling happy and with my batteries! Thank you!!
PS. I mean, I was told” I needed “ batteries to get my grill grillin’ again, I bought those at CVS! 🤪

The guys over at Barbeques Galore provided amazing customer service. Eggscellent product. John was very knowledgeable and helped me get up to speed on how to get the best use out of my smoker. Totally transformed my bbq game. Seriously... a religious experience.

This BBQ Galore had everything my wife and I needed. John worked with us and provided an incredible amount of information for our Big Green Egg that we purchased. Great store, great service, great experience.

Worked with David today. Super friendly guy, not pushy but showed me all the options and directed me in all the right directions. As for what I got: Green Mountain Grill, 4 bags of pellets, a grill brush, and a 4 piece grill set. I would also like to mention I was greeted when I walked in with a friendly smile even though that associate was assisting another client. 6/5 stars!
