(January 31, 2020, 5:21 am)Saw Blazin Hawaiian BBQ at Northridge Mall Food Court on way back to car. Haven't seen it before. One of the Hawaiian food tests is the Kalua Pork when I see it on a menu. It is #11. I lived in Hawaii for a long time and traveled back and forth for decades. I was also on BBQ With Bobby Flay in 2004 making Kalbi short ribs with him. I have a good idea what Hawaiian food and BBQ is about. This is the best Kalua Pork I have tasted around here for sure. Blazin Hawaiian is much better by far than L&L and that other Q&Q place. The Mac salad is tasty, too. Going back to try more!
