My first time ordering from here. The fries are really crispy to my liking, and the vanilla shake is delicious not too sweet.

If you're looking for top quality grass-fed hamburgers--hamburgers as you may remember as a kid? You'll like this place. Tastes like a real homemade hamburger. Variety of choices including Vegan and Salmon and Chicken too. Excellent onion rings and fries. Clean and friendly service.

I love By The Way Burger it's addicting. Something about that meat is irresistible. However it's very expensive and I can't afford the $22 burger fries and drink. I can afford to come here about 2 times a month but I want to come 2 times a week if it were cheaper. Still love it, btw they have vegan cheese and Impossible burgers too.

Glad I’ve found a delicious burger place in my neighborhood, this place exceeded my expectations! The burger was perfectly cooked for me, I asked for medium-well and it was still juicy. The fries were mouth watering and tasted fresh & homey. The gentleman who I believe is the owner was extremely friendly and informative with the menu. I’m already looking forward to the next time I come here for lunch because I want to try the onion rings and truffle fries. Also, I can’t wait to come here for breakfast, I want to try the Belgium waffles so bad! This place is definitely putting the Van Nuys/ Sherman Oaks area on the map.
