    Food was good but tables were very dirty and bathrooms. The place was empty and it was 10 am so I’m not sure why everything was so dirty

    I always love the flavor and quality of El Pollo Loco’s huge chicken & avocado salads. And I love eating the tortilla bowl at the end. That was my nephews favorite part!
    The drive-through makes it very convenient to pick up. But the prices have increased! Inflation has affected businesses everywhere, including here, but still a good deal.

    Overall I think Pollo Loco is a convenient option when you want to satisfied your chicken grilled craving. However, I don't think the wing should be considered as a whole piece. I ordered the three pieces meal and I just received two pieces. From which one is a wing that has not meat on it. Pollo loco please consider your customers satisfaction.

    Despite the bad reviews, I made a visit here on my lunch break yesterday and it WAS DELICIOUS! they were very professional, prompt, and friendly. Nowadays, it's hard to control outside atmosphere but inside? A nice chill vibe ‼️
