Is this place as good as Howlin Ray's? Not quite. BUT, it is delicious, and the only other hot chicken place I've actually wanted to order from a second time (and, I've tried quite a few around here!). The chicken was crispy, flavorful and moist, the sauce was good. The fries were very well seasoned. We'll definitely be ordering again! Next time, I'll go with extra hot. Spicy is a little hot, but not very.
The food here is incredible 🔥🔥🔥quality is always consistent which I love. Definitely gotta try this place
My brother brought home Harry’s Chicken and i got the Combo 1, the sliders and fries and omg this is the best chicken place in LA from what i have tried. their chicken was really good and was soft but in the good way, and the chicken was crunchy. their sauce is also really good.
Unreal best hot chicken in the area . I’ve had head to head With Howlin raise and Dave’s hot chicken. Two of my friends I was eating with said the same exact thing. I’m so happy there’s a really good hot chicken place in my neighborhood I don’t have to drive to downtown anymore wait in line for one hour when hairy makes it just as good six minutes away
I love this place and order all the time from here. I usually get hot or medium for mine. You get pretty big piece of chicken that's super juicy and delicious. However, the other day I stopped by and grabbed a plate of the mild for my sister, who is currently breastfeeding, and it was unbearably hot and she was not able to finish it. She asked for mild because she has no issues with the mild from other chicken places affecting her breast milk/or her babies or being unbearable for her to eat. I tried a piece of hers and it seemed way hotter than a mild should have been. I am curious if I can expect the original to also spicy? Or maybe this was a one time mix up? I would love for her to give it another chance.
