Hollywood Burger

Amazing food.
Very busy. I think eventually they will probably get a bigger spot but for now it all works.
Customer services was amazing.

Good food great atmosphere! If you hate waiting in line for in n out or simply want something a bit different (I know that I do) this is the place to go. Great tasting burgers and AMAZING fries and best of all the wait isn't long.

Amazing burgers. Amazing fries. We had the Waste Em All, Jump into the Fryer, and Primate Fries. All were fabulous. They know how to make AND cook burgers here. Staff is friendly and laid back. Highly recommend this place. If you like burgers and fries, you should go to Grill Em All.

I would've given 5 stars for the friendly service. The reason for the 4 stars is:

I was visiting the Hollywood Walk of Fame when I saw a sign about a breakfast sandwich plus coffee for $6 deal (see pic). I had a choice to go to Starbucks two stores down and get a bagel and coffee for about $4. I decided to try this place instead for $2 more dollars. I paid over $6 with tax. Then my order came with no coffee. The explanation was I hadn't specified I wanted the deal. I didn't make it a big deal since I knew their coffee wasn't probably that strong. Also I don't like to argue. I just never go back. Afterward I walked to Starbucks and got a $2.15 coffee. Any other place would've served the coffee just for the sake of a good customer service.

Now this is Hollywoods gem, I absolutely love their food and they have the best staff ever. I'm a regular, so the moment I call they already know my order, how awesome is that!! Excellent management with great ideas, that are influenced by the Hollywood community. Did I also mention excellent prices and like zero weight time.
