Amazing cinnamon rolls, cookies, coffee and whatever else! I keep bringing new friends here and they are always very impressed!

Best vegan baked goods I’ve ever had!! If someone told me I was eating vegan baked goods I would not believe them. Tried the strawberry galaxy scone, chocolate chip cookie, and banana bread - my mouth is watering just thinking about all three. Not usually the biggest scone fan, but I’m now a convert after trying Just What I Kneaded’s. The scone was perfectly moist and had the perfect balance of sweetness of the strawberry and tangyness from the drizzled frosting. The chocolate chip cookie was so incredible - honestly one of the best I’ve ever had. It was rich, bold, sweet, savory.....perfection. I was pretty full after those two sweets and a coffee so I saved the banana bread for later. I forgot it was sitting on my kitchen until the next day. Worried it may have turned stale, I took a bite and it was divine. Still moist and just like the other baked goods - perfect. 10/10 def recommend Just What I Kneaded.

Just What I Kneaded is an amazing vegan bakery and cafe at the top of the foodie game. I've been here moat weekends since they opened and can't get enough. The cinnamon rolls are gooey and drip with creamy frosting without being too sweet. I hate to share the tomato galettes because it's unlike anything I can get elsewhere. I haven't had a bad bite yet. Parking can get crowded at times, but we've loved bringing our own camp table to set up a mini-feast without worrying about social distancing and sharing furniture. I've seen she's open til 2pm or until they sell-out, but we've been lucky so far to not miss out. She's also responsible for my amazingly beautiful and delicious wedding cake. Obviously, this is a household favorite.

This place has the *best* cinnamon rolls I've ever tasted! Delicious scones too. Can't wait to try the other baked goods.
