    Creative yet authentic blend of Thai and Japanese flavors that still respects the ingredients and sushi-grade fish. A completely unique concept that is executed really well.

    I never knew that dry aging fish was the secret to having the best sushi on your plate. Nan takes it up a notch and does it in house - a step beyond most restaurants that dry age items on the menus. The staff is impeccable - and the beautiful explanations make the experience much better than you would have had without their attention to presentation and detail. Coming here made me understand that Nan deserves more credit than the reviews give her. I am going to come back before she has three Michelin stars and I never seem to be able to get in from her being so busy.
