Kismet Rotisserie

Absolutely amazing, simple and fresh!

Kismet Rotisserie is a newly opened small restaurant on the corner of Hollywood blvd and Vermont ave. This place was used to be a taco joint place. Kismet R. primary food entree is their rorisserie chicken. This place is more of a quick grab lunch since its very small. Indoor space and seating is limited however they do have outdoor seats by the street sidewalk. Chicken was juicy, soft and flavorful to your palate. I had it to go since they have very very limited seats. They do have a wide selection of food and drinks on their menu. Staff was nice and competent. Prices were competitive and fair for the area. Overall, I had a good food and order experience.

Heard the buzz and there was a parking spot right in front when I drove past recently so I stopped for lunch. Overall, tasty. I had a cup of the chicken soup and a chicken pita. My critique was the pita had an aggressive amount of the sauces used so I couldn't taste the flavor of the chicken. The soup was nice but the single piece of chicken in it had a huge bone in it. That's probably intentional in a rustic cooking sense but it was a distraction for me as the diner.
