This coffee shop is my favorite place to hang and do my work. I love this place because it was so quiet, cozy, and not too crowded. The coffees and pastries that they had were so delicious. My favorite coffee in this shop was the 3-shots of espresso. I really love the coffee in this shop. The barista was so pleasant and very friendly. Highly recommended coffee shop.

A very inviting, modern and cool bakery-coffee shop combo, with excellent costumer service, freshly-made delicious Mexican pastries and a wonderful menu of food and coffee drinks.

I personally love their "cafe de olla," a Mexican style "pot coffee" with cinnamon flavor and sweetened with brown sugar, and their Cafe Oaxaca, which is a Mexican hot chocolate plus espresso.

My favorites pastries are the "trenzas" of cheese and jalapenos and "cuernos" of guava. I've also tried and recommend their vegetarian Mollete Chorizo among the meals they have for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The place is impecable and spacious, with several tables for eating in. They always have a good mix of music playing and also free wi-fi.

This Lincoln Heights bakery/cafe may be among the most spacious of La Monarca's many locations in the L.A. region.

Very nice Mexican Bakery, many options, lots of pastries, they also have Mexican sandwiches and tacos. Good variety of coffees. The staff is super friendly, their motto is "we want to make you feel at home"... They offer samples if you can't decide what to order. As far as taste it's overall average, but nice enough to come back!
