Maru bowl-ritto

Decided to come here for lunch. The older couple(?) working behind the counter were very welcome and sweet. Their rice bowl is fantastic; tender bulgogi and pork belly, fantastic condiments in the rice bowl itself, and crunchy but juicy mandu! Very much a "hidden gem", and worth going back to again and again!

Tried out this place last night with mom. I got the bulgolgi ritto and she got the bulgolgi bowl. The meat was delicious and tender. Both dishes had a sauce that tastes like it is mayo based. Next time, I would ask for the sauce on the side. The owner’s parents took our orders and was super friendly.

They are so kind and the food is 🤤 delicious. We come here almost every week. I think it’s a family owned business and they care so much about the customer. This place is highly recommend.

Upd. Finally got a chance to try bowlritto. I got bulgogi one. It was good. Meat was tender and overall the whole thing had a good flavor. On top of that friendly family owners and super clean design made with love. Not everyday meal but definitely worth to try

Walked in and I saw one the of employees cutting the corners off the to go containers with gloves and face mask.

They care so much for the customers from prep to delivery. Where they go out of thier way to make sure when you eat your food at home the food isn't soggy or wet from thier own unvented vapors. I knew this place won't disappoint.

Has a Hispanic who loves spicy food and all spicy foods. I got the burritos spicy enough to kick but not overbearing. Which was perfect. Rice and all fresh ingredients blended together so perfectly. A crunch from vegetables to the soft rice and into a explosion of flavor from thier sauces!!!!( mainly from the tofu and beef burritos)

Not to mention thier fried chicken and French fries!!!! Its a must have and try for anyone new!!! It Will raise your level of French fries and fried chicken expectations!! ( That is if you like fresh, light grease/oil and nonoverbearingly spiced chicken unlike other fast food places )
