Panini Kabob Grill - Downtown LA

My husband and I have been going here since it first opened over 4 years ago, when Paolo himself was helping with the cooking and serving. It is still our favorite Italian restaurant, and we celebrate all our special occasions here, and bring our friends and family to share in the deliciousness that is La Pergoletta. We have never been disappointed - the food and the service are always outstanding!!

This is one of my favorite places to eat, especially with a big group! The portion sizes are huge for the quality and price; I always end up with a to-go box at the end! They also have great catering and group prices. The management here is extremely friendly and attentive (Alice & Alex in particular), it’s apparent they truly care for the customers experience/satisfaction and will go the extra mile to make sure the guest is happy! This isn’t just one of my fave Mediterranean spots, but one of my favorite restaurants period! If you haven’t tried it, you won’t be disappointed!!!

I would have given them 5 star but I substituted my rice portion for vegetables and pretty much got onion as the vegetables, so dissatisfied. When I approached the countertop to ask for my order, I was not greeted with a warm friendly feeling so that was the second star gone. The salmon was cooked and seasoned to perfection and the balsamic dressing was the best I have had so far. The hummus was average.

AMAZING FOOD and just the nicest people EVER running this restaurant. Had the pleasure of eating here last night with my husband (who raves about this place). Felt like I was in a friend's home (in all the best ways).

Food is amazing. The chicken and beef kabob platters are amazing; very juicy and season-filled. The flavors that come in each bite electrifies the senses! It comes fresh and hot. The Zereshk Polo (chicken, rice, and something similar to cranberries) is really good. Healthy eating. "Freshness." Servers are nice and knowledgeable. I didn't try the desserts. The sweet tea is good; not too sweet. Nice decor. Customer restrooms
